Con el objetivo de fortalecer los lazos familiares y mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros adultos mayores, el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Naylamp llev\u00f3 a cabo un taller especializado en comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva dirigido a los usuarios del Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Diurno de Atenci\u00f3n al Adulto Mayor – CAD Tinka Wasi y sus familiares.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div><\/div>
La jornada estuvo liderada por la Lic. Elizabeth Chero, psic\u00f3loga cl\u00ednica, quien enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de dotar a las familias de herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para comprender y conectar mejor con los adultos mayores.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>
Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se abordaron din\u00e1micas orientadas a la escucha activa y la expresi\u00f3n emp\u00e1tica, fundamentales para evitar el aislamiento y garantizar un entorno afectivo saludable dentro del hogar.<\/span><\/div>

\u00abEstamos aqu\u00ed con la finalidad de trabajar la comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva para que los familiares puedan entender a los adultos mayores y sepan de qu\u00e9 manera comunicarse con ellos de forma efectiva\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la directora de la Sociedad de Beneficencia de Lambayeque<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>, Lic. Monica Toscanelli Rodriguez<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/div>
