Como parte de las actividades programadas de la estrategia Prevenir del Seguro Social de Salud del Per\u00fa – EsSalud<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el taller denominado \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc23\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc2c a cargo de la Dra. Nancy Heredia Carhuapoma, psic\u00f3loga del policl\u00ednico Agust\u00edn Gavidia Salcedo.<\/div>

Los trabajadores de la Sociedad de Beneficencia de Lambayeque<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> fueron part\u00edcipes de las charlas y din\u00e1micas interactivas con la finalidad de fomentar, buscar mejorar el bienestar mental y emocional, adem\u00e1s de generar un ambiente positivo, de armon\u00eda.<\/div>

Durante la jornada la Dra. Nancy Heredia manifest\u00f3 que el manejo del estr\u00e9s es importante en la vida personal y profesional porque ayuda al servidor mantener un equilibrio saludable; cabe resaltar que el estr\u00e9s puede ocasionar problemas de salud y afectar en la productividad.<\/div>
